By accessing or using Prowl ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Prowl is a lead marketplace that connects consumers seeking local services with qualified service professionals. We facilitate the matching process but are not a party to any agreement between consumers and service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

Consumers: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting service requests. You understand that your contact information will be shared with matched service providers.

Service Providers: You agree to maintain accurate business information, respond to leads in a timely manner, and provide services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Lead Ownership

Leads submitted through the marketplace are routed to matching service providers based on category, location, and availability. Exclusive leads are delivered only to the designated vendor. Prowl reserves the right to determine lead routing and matching criteria.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content
• Attempt to circumvent lead routing or matching systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prowl does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any service provider, nor do we guarantee that leads will result in completed transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Prowl in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
