What's the difference between exclusive and marketplace leads?
Exclusive leads are sent only to you — from your own embed widget or direct sources. Marketplace leads are matched to up to 3 pros in your area based on service and zip code. Scale members get exclusive territory, so marketplace leads in their area route only to them.
How does lead scoring work?
Every lead is scored 1–100 based on description quality, urgency, estimated job value, and spam probability. Growth and Scale members see the score before deciding whether to claim a lead.
Can I add team members?
