Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
What's the difference between exclusive and marketplace leads?
Exclusive leads are sent only to you — typically from your own embed widget or direct sources. Marketplace leads are matched to up to 3 pros in your area based on service and zip code. Scale members get exclusive territory, so marketplace leads in their area go only to them.
How does lead scoring work?
Every lead is scored 1–100 based on description quality, urgency, estimated job value, and spam probability. Growth and Scale members see the score before deciding whether to claim a lead.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Growth and Scale plans include team member access so your receptionist, sales person, or business partner can share the dashboard.
What is the Virtual Receptionist add-on?
The Virtual Receptionist is an optional upgrade for Growth members. It adds a smart chat widget to your website and a voice receptionist that answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, and can book appointments — all automatically.
Do I need a credit card to start?
